Karin Fischer Kristiansson with the dog Chapman is one of Sweden's best obedience team. 

Karin has represented Sweden at the WC and Nordic Championship a number of times. Most recently, she and Chapman participated in the Obedience World Cup in the Czech Republic 2019 where their Swedish team won the gold medal. They also did a very nice individual performance, ending up at 6th place.

Two years ago she bought the first double wool jacket and since then, "their Out-n-out wardrobe" has been expanded. We asked Karin when and where she uses different jackets.

Raincoat supreme – Supreme I use when herding in the rain and when the dog needs to wait on its turn in bad weather. We can also use it "in action" or on the break between training sessions when I do not want the dog to lie down and be cold or wet. I like that it is lined with wool.

Woolcore290 – Superfit, suitable for all activities, obedience training, herding and walking as well as warming up and down. I like that it is wool closest to the body and that it fits like a glove. I use it all year round, even chilly summer evenings

Power Stretch – This one I actually use the same way as Woolcore. Powerstretch has no wool, but I think the orange colour is super nice. :)

Woolspeed350 – Best lie-and-wait-on-in-turn-blanket in autumn and spring, or as layer 1 under layer 2 jacket, when it's really cold outside or after training when I don't want the dog to get cold too fast. Since it is 100% wool, it does not matter if it gets a little damp, it still warms.

Double wool – Best dog jacket when its really cold out for a walk, super good when it is snowing because wool warms even when it is damp/wet. The fit is super, does not even need the leg cords.

The best thing about Out-n-out dog jackets is that they are super nice and incredibly functional. They do not slide when the dogs run loose, For me, it is also important that they are made with a well-thought-out sustainability perspective, the wool fabric is chosen with care, they are made in Sweden and delivered without any plastic.
