Order
Once you have placed your order, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to you. Please check the information included in the order confirmation and contact our customer service if amendments are required. If you do not receive the email confirmation please contact us to make sure we have received your order.

Deliveries
Orders received before 12.00 during working days are usually dispatched the same day. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days for deliveries within Sweden and 2-10 days to other countries. Note that in some cases it may take longer and we reserve the right for up to 15 days for delivery. You have the right to cancel your order if the delivery time exceeds 15 days.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product please report it to us as soon as possible. We will send you the necessary return instructions and a replacement will be sent to you.

Unclaimed packages
For packages that are not claimed, we reserve the right to charge the cost of return shipping, administration and billing fee.

Cancellation / Refund
You have 14 days during which you have the right to cancel or replace a purchase and to return the goods. The products should be sent back in the same condition that you have received them. You are responsible for the return freight. The right to return or replace goods does not apply if the goods have been used or if the product is custom-made.

If the goods are faulty or damaged, we will reimburse you for the cost of the return freight. Please contact our customer service for further instructions.

In the case of a return, we will refund your money within 14 days of being notified of the return, although not until the goods have been received and checked by us. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Product information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors in our web shop. We are committed to the presentation of our products to be as close to reality as possible when it comes to proportions and colors, but we can not guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance.

We reserve the right to any final sales that had not been updated in the web shop. If one or more articles in your order are out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and possible price errors before and after the order is processed.
